Molly is a resident of Charles County, but grew up in Prince George’s County, where she played softball from the age of 5-18.

Molly has her bachelor’s degree in legal studies and first joined Trollinger Law LLC as an Administrative Assistant. She is now our lead Maryland and Washington D.C. Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, helping our clients obtain the medical, lost wage and permanency benefits they are entitled to under Maryland and D.C. law.

Outside of her position at Trollinger Law LLC, she loves spending time with her two children and husband and cheering on her favorite NBA team, the Denver Nuggets. Her family enjoys anything outdoors including fishing, going to local southern Maryland parks and swimming. Molly still maintains an active role in the local athletic community, coaching her kids’ athletic teams in Charles County.

Her favorite part of working as a workers’ compensation paralegal is providing a light of hope for what is typically an extremely frustrating process for those injured at work.
