Trollinger Law is looking to add to its team an attorney that isn’t afraid of being challenged in private practice, while being supported by a great staff and attorney team focused on improving the lives of their clients.
From our main office in Waldorf, Maryland, Trollinger Law LLC represents injury victims throughout Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert and Prince George’s counties, and the District of Columbia. We are also growing through our Frederick office and you would have the opportunity to try cases in Montgomery, Washington and Frederick counties as well.
This attorney will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Legal research and writing support for supervising attorneys
- Managing their own workers’ compensation and personal injury caseload
- Representing clients in District and circuit courts and in front of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission
- Negotiating claims for injured workers and motor vehicle collision victims
- Assisting in discovery at every level and each type of case
- Signing up clients through in-person, virtual or telephonic interviews
- Drafting pleadings, writing legal memorandums on personal injury cases and workers’ compensation claims on appeal
- Working in a team environment to grow our roots in the community by assisting with outreach events when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned

Requirements
You must be a hard worker, self-starter, customer service oriented, empathetic, and highly organized. Must either be registered for the Maryland Bar Exam, pending bar passage for the Maryland bar or have an active Maryland bar license. Please submit a cover letter with your application.
Salary and terms are between $70,000 and $80,0000. But will be dependent on the extent of relevant experience and fit of the candidate. All highly qualified candidates will be considered.
