The focus of the Rockville meeting was learning trial tactics and strategies to help people hurt in car accidents in Maryland. Trollinger Law LLC recently received a jury verdict of almost $600,000.00 for two clients injured because a dump truck driver chose to violate the Maryland traffic safety rules. The negligent truck driver not only caused permanent injuries but also lied about the collision to the police at the scene. The insurance company for the dump truck driver also adopted the lie. Despite all the evidence against their insured, the insurance company fought aggressively against the injured clients.
Trollinger took the dump truck driver and his insurance company to trial to hold them accountable. Matt Trollinger used 3D Animation of the surgeries of his clients. He called the surgeon as a witness to explain the surgeries and how it changed their lives. Coworkers and family were called to testify as well.
After the jury reviewed the evidence, they came back with a verdict of nearly $600,000.00.
